SHIPPING RANGE

  • Countries: We currently ship within the United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Ireland, Europe, Scandinavia, and New Zealand.

  • Future Expansion: Expansion to additional shipping areas is under consideration.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • $4.95 shipping fee, or free for orders over $75 USD.

  • No Hidden Fees: All costs are clearly displayed at checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Last Order Cut-off Time: 22:00 CST (Chicago Time).

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day.

TRANSIT TIME

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 8–12 business days.

  • Business Days: Shipping occurs Monday to Friday.

  • Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions or logistics delays.

  • Total Delivery Time: From order placement to arrival, please allow 8–16 business days.

SHIPPING PROCESS

  • Reliable Couriers: All orders are shipped using 14Track with full Track & Trace.

  • Insured Shipments: All shipments are insured. Contact our customer service in case of loss or transit damage.

  • Eco-Friendly Packaging: We use sustainable packaging whenever possible.

TRACKING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Tracking Email: You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is shipped.

  • How to Track: You can track your order by entering your tracking number on our tracking portal on the website.

MISSING ITEMS PROCEDURE

  • Report Missing Items: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at support@trybloomin.com.

  • Resolution: We will investigate and resolve the issue with either a replacement or refund.

RETURN POLICY

  • Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Conditions: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Personalized items are non-returnable.

  • Return Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or not as described.

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, Bloomin will cover return shipping costs.

  • Refunds: Processed within 30 days of receiving the return and issued to the original payment method.

RESTOCKING FEE

  • No Restocking Fee: Bloomin does not charge any restocking fees on returns.

RETURN DELIVERY COSTS

  • For Defective Products: No cost to the customer. This includes incorrect, damaged, or faulty items.

  • For Customer Remorse: The return shipping cost is borne by the customer. This includes reasons such as incorrect product choice, size issues, or no longer wanting the item.
