Refund, Returns & Subscription Policy
At Bloomin, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind our products and want every customer to feel confident purchasing from us. This policy is written in plain language so you always know exactly where you stand.

1. Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you are not satisfied with your Bloomin product for any reason, you may request a full refund within 90 days of your original purchase date — no questions asked.
To request a refund under this guarantee:
1.Email us at support@trybloomin.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
2.Our team will confirm your eligibility and process your refund within 5 business days of approval.
3.Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the funds to your account.
You are not required to return the product in order to receive your refund under this guarantee.
2. Order Cancellations
You may cancel an unfulfilled order at any time before it has been dispatched by contacting us at support@trybloomin.com. If your order has not yet been handed to the carrier, we will cancel it and issue a full refund immediately.
Once an order has been fulfilled and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies (see Section 1 above).
3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty and no minimum commitment period required.
To cancel your subscription:
•Log in to your account at trybloomin.com/account and cancel from your subscription dashboard, or
•Email us at support@trybloomin.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" and your order number.
We will confirm your cancellation by email within 1 business day. No further charges will be made after cancellation is confirmed.
Important: To avoid being charged for your next renewal, please submit your cancellation request at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

If a renewal charge processes before your cancellation is confirmed, please contact us immediately — we will refund that charge in full provided you contact us within 7 days of the charge.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@trybloomin.com within 14 days of delivery with:
•Your order number
•A brief description of the issue
•Photos of the damaged or incorrect item (where applicable)
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. We do not require you to return damaged or defective items.
